Easy Blueberry Cobbler

Heat oven to 350o F.

Grease or spray Pam into a 9" x 13" baking dish.

Melt:
  1 stick of butter, set aside

Mix together, then pour into the baking dish:

 1 can Blueberry pie filling
 1 can crushed pineapple & juice.
     (same size as blueberry can)

Sprinkle on top of the pie filling:

 1 yellow cake mix (dry)

Drizzle on top of the dry cake mix:

 1 stick melted butter

Bake at 350-degrees for 45 minutes.

After the first 20 minutes, poke holes in the topping to allow the juices to rise.
Continue baking.


Cool or refrigerate and serve with ice cream.
