Chicken Baked with Croutons and Cheese

Set oven to 350o

Place in an oblong baking dish.

      4 whole chicken breasts, halved
            (skinless and boneless)

Sprinkle with

      salt and pepper

Cover each chicken breast half with one of the:

      8 slices of swiss cheese

Cover all with:

      1 cup sliced mushrooms

Mix together and pour over all:

      1 can cream of chicken soup
      1 cup dry white wine

Lightly crumble and sprinkle over all:

      2 cups stuffing mix

Melt and dribble over the stuffing:

      1/3 cup butter or margarine

Bake for 1 hour uncovered.
Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
