Crumb Coating for Chicken Thighs

Combine all ingredients together:

 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1 teaspoon ground cumin
 1 teaspoon paprika
 1 teaspoon chili powder
 1 teaspoon curry powder
 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Coats 8 (5 ounce) skinless chicken thighs

Put the crumb mix into a resealable plastic bag.

  Add chicken thighs, one at a time.
  Shake in dry mix until thigh is coated.
  Put all thighs onto a greased baking sheet.
  Bake at 400° 15 minutes on each side.
