Place all these contents into a blender:
3 cups of milk
(use 1% milk for the least calories)
1 - 4 oz. package Strawberry Jell-o
(sugarless to reduce calories)
1 cup vanilla ice cream
(use frozen yogurt for the least calories)
1 banana, cut into chunks
Blend, pour into glasses, drink!
Makes 4 servings.
Substitutions:
Lemon Jell-o with
a small can of crushed pineapple.
Raspberry Jell-o with
fresh or canned peaches.
Peach Jell-o with
fresh blueberries.
