Pineapple Cream Cheese Dip

Mix in a blender:
 ½ – large can undrained Crushed Pineapple (reserve half for later)
 1 – 8 oz package Cream Cheese
 1 – can thawed Pina Colada Mix (concentrated)

Add to the mixture:
 1 -- large package Vanilla Instant Pudding
 1½ cup -- Milk

Pour into a mixing bowl, add and stir together:
 ½ -- of the large can of Crushed Pineapple, drained
 ½ tsp -- ground Nutmeg
 1½ tsp -- Rum extract

Refrigerate.
Serve as a dip, or a topping, or as the base upon which to place fresh fruit.
